Empowering Individuals with Neurodiversity

As parents of neurodivergent children ourselves, we know how overwhelming it can be to decide whether to seek a diagnosis, understand which assessment is right for you or your child, or even just determine whether certain behaviours warrant further exploration.

We offer a range of assessments tailored to meet you or your family's needs, whether you’re looking for reassurance, guidance, or a formal diagnosis. Both Lexie and Fleur are highly trained in recognising the subtleties of neurodivergent presentations, including female traits and demand avoidance, ensuring that every assessment is sensitive, thorough, and truly reflective of you or your child’s experiences.

I can’t recommend SEND Consultancy Surrey enough. After years of going round in circles being turned down for any help towards diagnosis/support with their learning, we enlisted their help. Before we even started, they provided questionnaires for us to ascertain if it would be beneficial to proceed or not. They were amazing at helping my children settle in their assessment sessions, and made the whole process painless. The girls were relaxed and felt safe enough with them and their surroundings not to mask in the sessions, which was ideal to show both areas of strength and weakness. We chose to opt for a full report, and they went into such detail, including a report of recommendations for anyone who works with the children. It was really nice to see the inclusion of their strengths, with an idea of areas where they should be able to achieve their best. I feel there is always such emphasis on what doesn’t work well, it was so great to see areas where they could be excelling if support was improved.  It felt empowering to be able to help the children see some positives in what had felt a very negative process before we involved SEND Consultancy Surrey.  This inclusion of strengths allows us to not only make sure that educators focus on areas of weakness, but to also recognise easily when needs aren’t being met, when the outcomes in their areas of strength are not as expected. The weight removed from my shoulders finally having everything in black and white was priceless. I just wish I had done this sooner.  The turnaround was really fast and they were always very available for any questions. I would highly recommend them for both diagnosis, and also for strategies/advice for support.

I highly recommend Send Consultancy Surrey. They made us feel very welcome when we came to get my daughter’s diagnosis. They were very supportive and caring throughout the process. The report and recommendations they provided were extremely detailed and individual. All of this information went to build a profile of evidence towards a successful EHCP, so my daughter will get the support she needs throughout her education. So grateful we found them ❤️🦋⭐️

“My relationship with H  has soared with the help of  SEND Consultancy Surrey. The team's expertise in neurodiversity education is truly remarkable.”
